Qiyun started her career in venture capital and found her passion for early stage software startups that make an impact on how we work and live. Perplexed by the convoluted experience of purchasing a universal life insurance policy as a millennial consumer, she started Amplify with the goal of building life insurance products and experiences for the modern era. She is a graduate of Northwestern University and Harvard Business School.

Hanna grew up in a family business of owning life insurance agencies for over 25 years. She started her own financial planning and life insurance agency in 2014 and helped families place over $2B of coverage in-force. Seeing that the process of getting a life insurance policy is so confusing and intransparent for most clients, she started Amplify with the mission of building a customer centric life insurance company that allows customers to choose what they want to protect with their policy. In her free time, Hanna loves to spend time with her husband and dog.

Samantha is a Senior Life Insurance Advisor whose focus is on life planning. Samantha is a San Diego native, having graduated from San Diego Statue University. When she’s not helping families, she's spending time with her dog and family.
